Once a file is initiated and the initial data is gathered, the file begins the process by our time tested system.

Mortgage Analysis; All data is reviewed by our mortgage and finance expert. After evaluation the file is sent to the legal department for review.

Foreclosure Defense; Our legal department files all necessary paperwork in response to any pending legal issues, giving our processing team enough time to complete the modification process.
